The Director of Student Systems and Support serves as the primary liaison for all student-related support within the Student Information Systems (SIS) and in strategically planning, developing, and integrating software technology to support student success. Key responsibilities include managing the student knowledge base for accuracy and accessibility, evaluating and enhancing the Banner Student System and Degree Works, and streamlining processes for student admission, enrollment, registration, and record maintenance. Additionally, the role oversees student technology initiatives, including the development of functional technology solutions, training programs, customer support mechanisms, and special projects. This position requires extensive knowledge of and proficiency in Banner/Ellucian technology and a commitment to improving student experiences and achieving institutional goals.
