About The Position

This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity that can be based out of Mount Laurel, NJ or our corporate headquarters in Lancaster, PA. Key enterprise leader responsible for owning and guiding agile teams to deliver transformative business outcomes. The Director shapes, leads, and scales agile business practices that accelerate delivery, enhance customer experience, and unlock revenue growth. In addition, this role drives the creation and execution of enterprise growth strategies across lines of business, ensuring alignment with the corporate vision and strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: business, finance, accounting or related. (Required)
  • 15 or more years management banking, leadership role with strategic and business planning. (Required)
  • 5 or more years strong financial acumen, portfolio governance experience and proficiency in OKRs, benefits realization and ROI analysis. (Required)
  • 5 or more years experience influencing senior leadership and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders. (Required)

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Partners with senior level leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable portfolios and OKRs, accelerates delivery through modern product and platform operating models and embeds agile governance that enhances speed, quality and risk control.
  • Accountable for defining and implementing business strategies across segments, this leader prioritizes initiatives that maximize impact and foster enterprise-wide collaboration. Partnering closely with senior leadership across all lines of business and enterprise functions, the Director ensures consistent alignment between the company’s brand promise and the delivery of a differentiated sales and service experience.
  • Manages and develops revenue growth strategies, including leadership of strategic partnerships, targeted sales teams, and other initiatives that drive sustainable growth. This position requires a visionary leader who combines strategic agility, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of customer-centric practices to achieve measurable business results.
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives. Define strategic framework that provides clear direction and prioritization for the line of business, aligned to corporate objectives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across lines of business to deliver strategies that drive client engagement, satisfaction and enterprise growth. Lead or participate in enterprise-level initiatives and LOB priorities, ensuring alignment and measurable outcomes.
  • Analyze competitive market dynamics, industry trends and customer behaviors to identify needs and influence decision-making. Translate insight into actionable strategies that optimize growth, customer engagement and brand differentiation.
  • Leads a high-performing agile team, fosters business agility across functions (product, technology, risk, operations and customer) and ensure measurable value creation for customers and the business.
  • Responsible for overall human resources management for the assigned team. Responsible for retention of team members, employee engagement, and positive morale.
