About The Position

Drive data-driven decision-making and enhance operational and business efficiency; Leverage expertise in data analytics, business development, and strategic planning to optimize service efficiency, improve customer experiences, and identify new growth opportunities; Under limited supervision will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing data and analytics team; Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that supports the company’s business objectives; Lead the adoption and integration of AI and machine learning models to enable predictive analytics and da-ta-driven decision-making; Oversee the design and deployment of Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to ensure business users have timely and accurate insights; Serve as the primary point of contact for all data and analytics-related matters for CxO and senior leadership. Up to 25% domestic travel required. Hybrid work option available. Must reside within MSA of the worksite located in Dallas, TX 75204.

Requirements

  • Masters degree or its foreign equivalent in Data Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a closely related Data Engineering field
  • Three (3) years of experience as Data Analytics Manager, Data Operations Manager, Insights and Reporting Manager, Business Intelligence Manager, or related role/capacity within the transit industry.
  • Executing data driven initiatives and alignment within large national organization with limited supervision.
  • Performing Data Analytics in on transit systems for AGL Claims processing, Transit Operating Systems/Metrics utilizing Trapeze, Spare, and EAM.
  • Providing Data Analytics and tools for HR, Finance, Legal leadership that enables data-based decision making and to monitor the operations.
  • Conducting data analytics utilizing machine learning and data science techniques for cross functional operational optimization, deploying and maintaining predictive AI models.
  • Deploying and developing Analytical solutions for call center platforms to improve para transit and operator training safety program.
  • Developing actionable insights from customer feedback to improve customer experience (CX).
  • Utilizing Data analytics tools and technologies including the following: Microsoft Azure, PowerApp Applications, SQL, PowerBi, Azure AI (Foundry, Databricks, OpenAI)
