About The Position

We are hiring for a Director of Digitization and Information Governance based in Denver, CO, reporting to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel in the legal department. As a thought partner, you will be a key strategic leader and an internal consultant. The role will be responsible for developing project plans and execution related to information governance, centering around records and document management and company transformative initiatives. This role will liaison heavily with Operations, IT, and Product teams, and have significant exposure to executive-level leadership. Location: Denver, Colorado required, (hybrid schedule)

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in top tier management/strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate healthcare role.
  • Outstanding ability to organize, prioritize, and execute projects and programs
  • Broad understanding of ranges of IT, including IT terminology, IT processes, commonly used IT systems and applications
  • Demonstrated ability for critical thinking and complex problem solving
  • Demonstrated strengths in communication skills both verbal and written: ability to communicate to varying levels from leadership to field teams
  • Demonstrated strengths in project management, action oriented, able to manage competing priorities to meet deadlines, and process focused
  • Demonstrated strengths in analytical problem solving: analyze complex tasks, develop options, thorough and thought out plans inclusive of alternatives
  • High degree of independent judgment, sound character, and willingness to support teammates to maximize their talents and skills
  • Able to function in a team environment, being flexible and responsive to changing priorities, and having an appropriate sense of urgency in completing tasks and projects
  • Ability to plan, schedule and monitor work, within set targets
  • Proven experience in managing multiple requests for support while ensuring stakeholders are satisfied with completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Ability to travel 5% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Create project plan for addressing current paper records inventory, including developing metrics and tracking the progress of the group's strategy, in coordination with Village stakeholders and outside vendors
  • Develop options for Village digitization efforts, create project plan and associated documents for working groups and senior leaders and ensure accountability and follow-through of action items
  • Analyze critical data and information necessary for execution and decision making
  • Executive Communication: Prepare executive-level presentations to share with leadership including COO, President, and CEO. Responsible for synthesizing numerous sources of data and key analysis and translating into specific actions
  • Work within the Village Records Program team and other business stakeholders in coordination to execute project plans and
  • Work with Village Records Program team to develop training for DaVita teammates on records management
