This role offers rare exposure to the entire film slate, from original titles to iconic franchises like Mission: Impossible, Transformers, Sonic the Hedgehog, and A Quiet Place. Within the studio, this team serves as the voice of the audience, understanding how moviegoers feel about our films and brands and translating those perspectives into strategies that help us tell stories that connect authentically. This role requires someone who can balance analytical rigor with creative intuition, and communicate insights in a way that resonates across a wide range of partners and stakeholders. As Director, you'll help drive how insights guide strategy for all Paramount Motion Picture releases and play a key role in designing and implementing the research that shapes creative direction.
