About The Position
Ford Customer Service Division is the service and parts division of Ford Motor Company. In the rapidly evolving automotive landscape parts, pricing is a critical function and a strategic engine. FCSD is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Yield Management to lead our global pricing Center of Excellence. As a key member of the leadership team, this role is responsible for implementing and leading sophisticated, value-based, and dynamic pricing strategies across the entire portfolio of parts. The position carries a mandate to build a world-class pricing organization, leveraging AI and advanced analytics to drive profit growth and market share improvements.
