The Opportunity We are looking for a leader for the Forward Engineering function to shape complex client opportunities into scalable, technically sound, and operationally executable solutions. You will architect solutions that combine our Multilingual AI Flow platform with our localization services — ensuring each deal is strategically differentiated, commercially viable, and operationally executable. Scope Design end-to-end multilingual AI and localization solutions tailored to enterprise clients. Combine platform capabilities with human-in-the-loop services and workflow design. Identify where AI automation enhances efficiencies and where human expertise drives value. Partner with Sales early in opportunity qualification to shape realistic and differentiated offers. Translate client needs into clear solution frameworks for R&D and Production. Establish frameworks for solution design and reusable architectures. Develop standard playbooks for AI + localization hybrid solutions. Influence product roadmap based on real client use cases.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in solution architecture, localization operations, AI platforms, or enterprise services.
  • Experience combining technology with professional services.
  • Strong understanding of localization workflows, language operations, or global content pipelines.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments (Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations).
