The Director, Strategic Sales is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving revenue growth through ownership of complex, high-value customer relationships and pursuit strategies. This role leads large, strategic deals end-to-end—shaping opportunities, aligning internal capabilities, and delivering profitable growth across Telamon’s Telecom portfolio. This is not a people management role. Success in this role is measured by gross margin contribution, acquisition of new logo customers, and expansion into new verticals within existing accounts.
