About The Position

We are seeking a driven and strategic Director to lead our Healthcare vertical sales team. This role is ideal for a print industry sales leader who excels at building high‑performing teams, developing strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth in a fast‑paced, solution-focused environment. You will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence, strengthening customer partnerships, and advancing our print and workflow solutions across the healthcare sector.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success selling and managing print products/solutions, along with 5+ years of experience developing, leading, and coaching high‑performance sales teams, including tracking and managing team performance.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication, management, and organizational skills, demonstrated through strong internal and external customer relationships.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth, balance profitability, and effectively manage to bottom‑line objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate alternatives, navigate diverse perspectives, and achieve outcomes that secure alignment and support from all stakeholders.
  • Proven experience accurately forecasting and managing sales performance within a high‑growth business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Area Vice President to achieve revenue growth, market share expansion, strong profit margins, and overall bottom‑line success across the assigned sales group.
  • Contribute to the development of competitive selling strategies and tactics as a key member of the sales leadership team.
  • Achieve assigned vertical sales revenue, productivity, and growth objectives while continuously improving team performance.
  • Deliver meaningful feedback and business insights to the Market VP and Regional President on the progress and effectiveness of sales plans.
  • Drive high performance by motivating, coaching, and monitoring the Healthcare vertical sales team to exceed activity and results goals.
  • Conduct quarterly performance evaluations to assess productivity, strengthen capabilities, and guide ongoing development.
  • Provide leadership in talent selection, coaching, and development to build a high‑performing sales team.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance management to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the sales organization and recommend or implement structural or performance‑driven improvements as needed.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasting at annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly levels.
  • Maintain rigorous forecasting standards and communicate expectations and results to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and selling methodologies.
  • Communicate clear business objectives that enable the team to consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to protect existing business and expand Konica Minolta’s footprint.
  • Cultivate long‑lasting relationships with new and existing customers to support growth and retention.
  • Actively pursue ongoing professional development to stay current on print technologies, workflow solutions, and modern sales practices.
