About The Position

As a Director of Strategic Sales – Agent Network, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding the company's client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential agent partners, closing new business, and developing strategies to enhance the company's market presence within non-LEMAN countries.

Requirements

  • Proven success in business development within the freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry.
  • Strong understanding of freight forwarding services, international trade, and logistics operations.
  • Experience in operating within and developing an Agent network
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting market data and trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Minimum 1- 5 years sales experience in International Freight Forwarding.
  • A track record of successful business development.
  • Own and drive personal car to visit customers.
