About The Position

The Director, Strategic Revenue Products is responsible for driving revenue growth across the ancillary product portfolio through pricing, vendor partnerships, digital merchandising, and strategic project management. This role leads the development and execution of product strategies that maximize profitability, enhance customer value, and expand distribution across direct and third-party channels. The director collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, digital, IT, finance, and vendor partners to ensure ancillary products are positioned, priced, and delivered effectively in all customer touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership in revenue growth — experience leading sales, digital merchandising, or product performance teams with measurable impact on revenue and customer outcomes.
  • Expertise in ancillary or consumer product strategy — deep understanding of how to optimize product penetration, pricing, and performance across multiple channels.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills — ability to partner seamlessly with marketing, digital, finance, operations, and vendor teams to drive integrated results.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset — comfort leveraging insights, reporting, and testing to inform strategy and optimize performance.
  • Field sales leadership experience — track record of setting clear standards, coaching w32managers, and motivating teams to deliver consistent service and sales performance.
  • Digital and e-commerce acumen — knowledge of digital merchandising, A/B testing, personalization, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Vendor and partnership management expertise — proven ability to cultivate external relationships and evaluate new product opportunities.
  • Change leadership and adaptability — capacity to lead through transformation, balancing immediate performance with long-term strategy.
  • Customer-first orientation — passion for creating seamless, positive experiences that balance service excellence with strong business results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize ancillary penetration, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with finance to optimize pricing for margin and competitive value.
  • Provide regular performance reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and evaluate new product/partnership opportunities.
  • Ensure vendor agreements deliver both revenue and customer experience benefits.
  • Partner with marketing and digital teams to optimize merchandising across web , app, and email.
  • Leverage testing, personalization, and conversion optimization tactics to drive digital product performance.
  • Collaborate with sales and partnerships to expand ancillary distribution on third-party platforms.
  • Partner with IT and operations to launch new products, functions, and processes.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives that enhance both revenue and customer experience.
