The Director, Strategic Programs is responsible for building and scaling structured growth initiatives that expand patient access, improve market adoption, and unlock new revenue opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of corporate strategy and commercial execution and plays a key part in strengthening the company’s long-term market development capabilities. This leader will own and drive key national strategic initiatives, including the Early Identification (Early ID) platform, ensuring programs are designed, implemented, and scaled effectively across the organization. While field teams lead execution at the regional level, the Director will define the strategic direction, establish success metrics, and ensure consistency, governance, and impact across the enterprise. The Director will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Clinical, Marketing, Market Access, and Operations teams to drive alignment, ensure program adoption, and support sustainable business growth.
