The Clinician Onboarding and Training Program Manager provides support to the corporate training function and creates curriculum and associated end-user and facilitator training materials supporting the company's highly qualified physicians and mid-level advanced practitioners. The incumbent in this role organizes, schedules and plans learning events, creates course materials, procures supplies, prepares notifications and may conduct training classes. The Program Manager also manages training tracking through the corporate learning management system and maintains training records. The Program Manager manages administration of, and ensures completion of, onboarding plans, new hire and compliance training. The incumbent is also responsible for developing and maintaining the Clinician Onboarding Program.

Responsibilities

  • Creates custom training schedules at the direction of the Physician & Patient Education that meets the needs of the company's new clinician core training curriculum and applicable internal and external requirements.
  • Monitors and maintains content integrity of the training materials by composing, editing, updating and printing training materials as corrections are identified.
  • Works cohesively with talent/recruitment staff, market clinical leadership, credentialing and training faculty to establish an onboarding experience schedule that controls flow and ensures: 1) clinician is in compliance with company's training requirements; and 2) that an appropriate number of clinicians are at the training center at any given time.
  • Timely resolves concerns and issues that arise and proactively endeavors to make the onboarding and training experience exceed the clinician's expectations.
  • Coordinates activities for training events including scheduling training rooms, sending notifications, scheduling attendees and trainers, creating and preparing course materials including tests, evaluations, handouts and other training aides.
  • Coordinate snacks and meals for participants as needed.
  • Schedules meetings as required for physician education functions as it relates to onboarding of new clinicians.
  • Develops company's Clinician Onboarding and Training Program.
  • Compiles, analyzes and organizes training data and reports.
  • Purchases training supplies and materials and manages stock on hand required for the successful training and onboarding of our clinicians providers.
  • Maintains and publishes the provider training schedule and/or calendar.
  • Works with Market Chief Medical Officers and Clinician Recruiting to handle exceptions to training needs such as adding more clinician training or in market training, when appropriate.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
