Overview: Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG) is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Director, Strategic Partnerships & Business Development. Our Strategic Partnerships & Business Development team plays an integral role in defining and executing on the path toward becoming the leading sports betting and iGaming platform. The team is tasked with identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with the company's foremost partners, including professional sports leagues and teams, media & entertainment entities, technology providers, retail betting partners, and market access partners (e.g., tribes, lottery entities, casinos, and racetracks). The team also plays a central role in exploring expansion into adjacent verticals, tasked with owning the strategic and financial analyses that drive executive decisions on new ventures and initiatives. As such, the team receives high visibility and strategic, transactional, and operational exposure across the organization. This New York-based role will split their time between (i) optimization of partnership / business development relationships, balancing product superiority with cost efficiency, and (ii) exploration and analysis of the company's biggest strategic growth opportunities. The Director will work cross-functionally with other teams at FBG, as well as other verticals within the Fanatics Inc. enterprise, serving as quarterback to execute on these workstreams and opportunities.
