The Director, Strategic Alliances — GSIs & Agencies will own the strategy, execution, and business outcomes of our relationships with top global consultancies and agencies (e.g., Cognizant Moment, Accenture Song, etc.). This leader will build our GSI partnership strategy while simultaneously onboarding and managing existing GSI partners to drive meaningful pipeline and revenue opportunities. This role will partner closely with our product, marketing, finance, customer success and sales organizations to shape joint go-to-market plans, solution designs, co-innovation and other programs to expand and deepen our GSI relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven Leader in Partner Ecosystems: 8–15+ years in partner management, strategic alliances, and partner-centric selling in SaaS environments.
  • GSI/Agency & Martech Expertise: Deep experience working with or within Tier-1 GSIs and/or large agency ecosystems, including experience in the martech ecosystem selling to and selling with organizations like Cognizant Moment, Accenture Song, Deloitte Digital, CapGemini, etc.
  • Co-Sell / Partner Sell Skills: Demonstrated ability to close revenue through partner channels, articulate joint value propositions, and lead cross-organizational executions.
  • Strategic Thinker & Operator: Comfortable setting vision and executing on plans with measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong presence with internal teams and external partner execs, capable of influencing and navigating complex relationships.
  • Highly Collaborative: Works effectively in cross-functional teams and thrives in startup / scaling environments.

Responsibilities

  • Partnership Leadership: Serve as the strategic owner of key GSI and agency strategy, executive relationships, joint business planning, and ongoing account engagement.
  • Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Build and execute co-sell / sell-to strategies that materially contribute to quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Joint GTM Planning: Create and operationalize integrated go-to-market plans with partners that include joint pipeline creation, marketing initiatives, events, and solution positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Solution Engineering, and Product teams to enable partner-oriented efforts and co-innovation.
  • Executive Engagement: Build and manage relationships at the C-suite and senior leadership levels across partner orgs and internally.
