About The Position

The Director or Senior Manager of Leadership Development is responsible for creating and implementing programs that develop leadership capabilities across all levels of the organization. This role focuses on identifying high-potential talent, building leadership pipelines, and fostering a culture of continuous leadership growth. The Senior Manager will lead the analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation of leadership development initiatives that align with the company’s business goals and future needs.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Leadership Development, or Talent Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of leadership development best practices, adult learning principles, and talent management processes.
  • Skills: Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate leadership development programs at scale.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience mentoring leaders and developing teams.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
  • Skills: Ability to analyze data and report on the effectiveness of leadership initiatives.
  • Skills: Experience with learning technologies, such as LMS, e-learning platforms, and leadership development tools.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple leadership programs simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving business priorities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for leadership program delivery or meetings.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, or Talent Development (such as ATD or ICF) are preferred.
