About The Position

Create Wellness is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations to own the systems, processes, and cross-functional coordination that power our marketing campaigns. This role sits at the center of everything marketing touches—managing how campaigns come together across demand generation, product marketing, creative, social, and retail. You will partner closely with the Head of Marketing and our function leaders to keep programs moving, data clean, and reporting sharp as we scale.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a closely related function
  • At least 2 years in a director-level or senior leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience running cross-functional campaign operations at a consumer business, ideally CPG.
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of marketing automation platforms
  • Experience owning or co-owning the martech stack evaluation, procurement, and implementation process
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills; you bring structure without bureaucracy
  • Strong communicator who can translate operational complexity into clear updates for leadership

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end operational framework for integrated marketing campaigns—from intake and briefing through execution, launch, and post-mortem
  • Serve as the primary coordination point across Growth, Content, Creative, and Lifecycle to align timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Build and maintain a campaign calendar that provides full visibility across active and planned programs
  • Drive accountability across stakeholders with clear RACI structures, workback schedules, and milestone tracking
  • Own and evolve the marketing technology stack (CRM, DAM, PM Tools), evaluating new tools as the business scales
  • Help develop a standardized performance framework so every campaign is evaluated on consistent metrics with clean tagging and attribution
  • Document and systematize how marketing works—from campaign intake to creative briefs to launch checklists—so the team spends less time coordinating and more time executing
