Director, Sr. AI Product Governance Manager
About The Position
Establish and manage the stakeholder forum, gather requirements from end users and manage the development plan tightly. Manage KPIs, risk, monitoring and control, ensure market regulation needs Work closely with product managers, sales, prioritize product features and enhancements based on strategic importance, customer value, and technical feasibility. AI Ethics & Governance: Submit, own, track model approval process for use cases Understanding of Generative AI products, prompts, presets application to sales and products Bring together business use cases and drive capabilities development based on stakeholder, client, market needs Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership. Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to drive change, foster innovation, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. High level of intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging AI trends. Hands on experience of GEN AI application, architecture, integrations, presets, prompt engineering
Requirements

- 15+ years of relevant experience
- 8-10+ years of managerial experience
- Broad and diverse function experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development and analytics
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
