About The Position

NBCUniversal Advertising Products & Solutions (AP&S) is responsible for the product development and project management of NBCUniversal’s full advertising technology suite. From sales support to campaign execution, delivery, and billing, our division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal’s $7B+ annual advertising business. Together, we’re building the platform that powers the future of advertising at NBCU. In this role, you’ll create customized solutions for NBCU clients to activate across digital and streaming. As the TV and digital advertising landscape continues evolving, you’ll represent NBCU’s performance capabilities in-market and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive campaign-level adoption. The Solutions Team works closely with Product Management and Sales, serving as client-facing experts on NBCU’s insights, activation and measurement capabilities that are unlocked through data collaboration.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years digital advertising experience in advanced TV or performance media (programmatic, search, social)
  • Proven ability to drive adoption of emerging capabilities
  • Prior experience or knowledge of media planning and investment
  • Deep understanding of the advertising tech and media landscape
  • Client-facing story-telling and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and develop new ways of working
  • Solutions-oriented mindset and critical thinker
  • Self-starter; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed organization

Nice To Haves

  • Hands on programmatic trading and/or ad operations experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm solutions that solve client challenges and campaign objectives using NBCU's performance capabilities and data collaboration activation
  • Be an expert on NBCU's digital products and capabilities across insights, activation and measurement
  • Work across Product, Operations and Planning teams to translate new solutions into media plans and activations
  • Drive adoption of new products in beta testing, liaising with Product
  • Collaborate with Planning and Marketing on the packaging of new products and solutions
  • Bring new products and solutions to internal Sales teams and clients
  • Support Sales in-market with talking points and materials to source demand
  • Present customized solutions and products to clients
  • Source case studies for new products and solutions, collaborating with Insights & Measurement
  • Develop client recommendations in response to RFPs
  • Monitor performance of new solutions and products on campaigns
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and proactively bring to Sales
  • Collect voice of customer feedback for future product iterations
  • Track adoption & success of new products with the Strategy team
