We are hiring a Director of Solutions Engineering to lead and scale this function at Truemed. Today, the Solutions Engineering team is a small but high-impact group supporting Sales, Success and Partnerships across technical discovery, solution design, and integration planning. The team currently includes 3 engineers and works closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. This role will lead the team and define the operating model that allows Solutions Engineering to scale alongside Truemed’s growth. This leader will build a high-leverage organization that accelerates revenue, reduces technical friction in complex deals, and ensures partners can successfully integrate and launch with Truemed. This role reports to the Head of Customer Success and sits at the center of Truemed’s GTM organization. You will partner closely with Revenue Ops, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure customers and partners have a best-in-class technical buying and integration experience. Truemed integrations span multiple surfaces including payment processors (Stripe, Adyen), ecommerce platforms (Shopify), and custom API-based integrations. Solutions Engineers partner with customers and partners to design scalable integration patterns, guide technical validation, and ensure successful implementation. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone comfortable moving between executive conversations, technical architecture discussions, team coaching, and operational rigor.
