About the Role: We are seeking a Director of Engineering to lead multiple teams and increase the rate of meaningful, customer-visible product outcomes. This leader will manage engineering managers and senior technical leaders, drive milestone-based execution, and ensure teams deliver predictable, business-impacting results. Success in this role is measured by shipped outcomes, improved delivery velocity, and stronger cross-functional alignment. You will raise the performance bar across teams, strengthen manager effectiveness, and make architectural and platform decisions that simplify systems and compound delivery speed over time. This includes reducing legacy friction, driving adoption of AI-assisted engineering tooling where it improves efficiency, and maintaining cost discipline without sacrificing reliability.
