Requirements

• Proven leadership in managing complex software engineering projects with a focus on system reliability, scalability, and integration.
• Extensive experience overseeing full software development lifecycles, including architecture, deployment, and maintenance.
• Strong expertise in DevOps practices, observability tooling, and cloud financial management to optimize operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to lead AI/ML-driven product development and integrate agentic systems using modern programming languages.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and aligning technology roadmaps with business objectives.
• Track record of building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams while fostering professional growth and wellbeing.
• Aptitude for driving continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
• 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
• 3 years' supervisory experience.
