We are seeking a strategic and collaborative marketing leader to join our team as Director, SMB Marketing. Reporting to the Head of SMB Marketing, this role is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that support the Community-Focused Direct Sales Channel, with a primary emphasis on serving Asian American small and medium-sized business (SMB) communities. This leader will drive culturally relevant, in-language, and community-based marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, deepen customer engagement, and accelerate growth across diverse local markets. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic leadership, proven experience in multicultural and B2B marketing, and the ability to translate community insights into scalable, measurable marketing programs that align with business and sales objectives.
