The Director / Senior HR Business Partner will play a critical role in helping Power Integrations evolve into a more scalable, high-performing organization by partnering with leaders to build strong teams, develop leadership capability, and improve organizational effectiveness. The Director / Senior HR Business Partner partners closely with senior leaders to translate business strategy into talent, leadership, and organizational priorities. This role will help the organization continue to mature by strengthening leadership capability, improving organizational clarity, and building the systems and practices needed to scale globally. This role requires a strategic HR leader who understands how to support technical and engineering organizations and Business Unit Leadership, navigate complexity, and help leaders build high-performing teams in a fast-moving technology environment. The HR Business Partner will work closely with HR Centers of Excellence—including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and HR Operations—to deliver integrated people solutions that enable business success.
