About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director / Senior Director, Analytics & Insights in United States. This role is responsible for leading national and subnational analytics to drive insights that support the launch and commercial success of a key product in the healthcare space. You will design and maintain reporting infrastructure, develop dashboards and KPIs, and provide actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders. By leveraging advanced analytics, AI/ML, and market data, you will optimize customer targeting, promotional strategies, and omnichannel engagement. The position requires close collaboration with marketing, medical affairs, and market access teams, as well as management of external vendors. This is a fully remote role with occasional travel, offering the opportunity to influence commercial strategy in a mission-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial analytics within pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies in the U.S.
  • Strong expertise with U.S. market data sources, including claims, EHR, Rx, and payer coverage.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools such as PowerBI/Fabric and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience managing multiple analytics vendors and cross-functional projects.
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. pharmaceutical market, particularly in general medicine, cardiovascular, renal, or metabolic disease areas; ex-US market knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to leverage analytics for customer targeting, segmentation, promotional optimization, and patient journey insights.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and management of national and subnational data analytics and insights to monitor product performance.

  • Oversee external vendors to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of analytics projects.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science while ensuring compliance with ethical standards.
