About The Position

The Information Security Business Solution Architect (ISBSA) acts as a strategic liaison between business leaders and Enterprise Information Security, ensuring security solutions align with organizational objectives and risk tolerance. In partnership with Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance, and IAM teams, this role translates business priorities into secure, scalable, and compliant architectures, while driving clear communication of security requirements across the solution lifecycle. The ISBSA also provides governance oversight to ensure adherence to enterprise security policies, regulatory requirements (including SOX, PCI-DSS, and gaming regulations), and industry best practices, embedding security by design and strengthening overall risk posture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience across multiple information security disciplines.
  • Demonstrated expertise in IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, including IT General Controls, PCI-DSS, SOX, and Gaming MICS.
  • Proven ability to design, deploy, and support enterprise-scale information security solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders and third-party vendors.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience operating effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced, and highly regulated environments.
  • Executive-level communication and influence skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and drive decisions across a matrixed organization.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization capabilities, with a track record of delivering increasingly complex solutions into production.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) highly desirable; hospitality or gaming industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Information Security, business units, and external partners, translating business objectives into secure, scalable, and commercially aligned solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and system owners, ensuring strategies, priorities, and interdependencies are clearly understood, documented, and aligned with enterprise security objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships to influence decision-making on strategic initiatives and embed security into business planning and operations.
  • Identify security gaps and emerging risks, driving pragmatic, risk-based solutions that enhance protection while enabling business performance.
  • Shape and inform business-unit technology roadmaps by integrating security architecture, regulatory compliance, and process design considerations.
  • Oversee risk assessments and control effectiveness for critical business processes, applications, and third-party services, leveraging data-driven reporting to strengthen overall risk posture.
  • Champion the enterprise Information Security strategy, promoting awareness of evolving internal and external threats while advancing security adoption across assigned lines of business
