The primary purpose of this position is to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the safety and security of the entire resort, ensuring the protection of guests, members, employees, property, and assets at all times. The Director of Security is accountable for establishing, implementing, and continuously improving comprehensive safety, security, and emergency response programs that mitigate risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a secure environment across all resort operations. This role leads the day‑to‑day security function, proactively addresses safety concerns, manages incidents and investigations, and coordinates closely with internal leadership and external agencies to maintain a state of preparedness. Through effective leadership, training, and resource management, the Director of Security supports exceptional guest and member experiences by ensuring that safety is embedded into every aspect of the resort’s operations while aligning with organizational standards, financial stewardship, and strategic objectives.
