We're seeking to hire a Director for Sales Operations to partner with Americas Sales Leadership, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales Leadership and Organizational Execs to turn growth ambition into execution and results. You’ll own how the business runs day to day—driving the sales operating cadence, sharpening forecasts, inspecting pipeline and deals, and helping leaders make faster, better decisions. You’ll focus on aiding with the advancement of our growth—through inspection, accountability, smarter processes, and use of tools like Salesforce, Clari, and PowerBI. You’ll lead a small, high-impact Sales Operations team with a strong operator mindset, partnering closely with Finance, Data, and Systems to deliver practical solutions that increase predictability, reduce friction, and help the business continue to scale.
