This role reports directly to the SVP of Technical Services. As the Director of Sales Engineering, you will lead a high-performing, global team of Sales Engineers while remaining deeply hands-on as a technical contributor. This is a true player-coach role in which you will guide the team strategically and operationally, while also engaging directly with key prospects, complex evaluations, and high-stakes demonstrations. You will oversee Sales Engineering responsibilities across both sides of our business: our established CDI platform and our rapidly expanding real-time customer intelligence product, Snowplow Signals. Success in this role requires strong leadership capabilities, credibility with technical and executive stakeholders, and the ability to model exemplary Sales Engineering craft.
