We are seeking a Director of Sales Engineering to lead and scale our Sales Engineering function while remaining deeply hands-on in the field. This is a player-coach role for a technically strong, customer-facing leader who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys balancing strategic leadership with direct deal execution. You will partner closely with Sales leadership, Account Executives, Product, and Customer Success to drive revenue across large enterprise and mid-market customers in the North American market. As both a leader and practitioner, you will set technical sales strategy, mentor and develop Solution Engineers, and personally engage in complex, high-value opportunities as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects. This role offers meaningful influence over go-to-market execution, product direction, and the evolution of our technical sales organization.
