We’re looking for a leader who can build and scale a high-impact Sales Engineering organization to accelerate growth now and into the next phase of the company. You’ll partner closely with Sales leadership across Account Executives, Sales Development, and Operations to shape the direction of the business. You’ll also work cross-functionally with Recruiting, Engineering, Marketing, and our Technical Customer Experience teams (Customer Success, Services, Support, GTM Programs). You’ll lead and grow a global Sales Engineering org, and play a key role in defining how we show up technically in the market. We’re a highly collaborative, high-ownership team that cares deeply about our customers and how we build. We’re looking for someone who raises the bar, operates with urgency, and wants to help shape what this org looks like at scale.
