We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Sales and Pre-Sales Onboarding to design, build, and scale world-class onboarding programs across our global go-to-market organization. This leader will own the onboarding experience for all Sales and Pre-Sales roles, ensuring new hires ramp quickly, build confidence, and deliver value to customers from day one. This role will partner closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing, leadership to create structured, role-based learning journeys that align to business priorities and measurable performance outcomes. The Director will lead a small but high-impact team responsible for delivering onboarding at scale and continuously improving the learning experience.
