Position Overview The Director, Sales – Commercial leads, develops, and scales a high-performing team of quota-carrying Account Representatives responsible for driving revenue growth within the commercial segment. This leader sets strategic direction, ensures operational rigor, and fosters a culture of continuous development that supports Arctic Wolf’s mission to end cyber risk. This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales Enablement, RevOps, and Talent Acquisition to enhance go-to-market execution and build a world-class sales organization.
