As our RevOps leader, you'll build two critical products: impeccable day-to-day operations and a scalable GTM machine designed for hypergrowth. You'll have immediate impact establishing our foundation while laying tracks for our next growth phase. This role sits on our Business Operations Team, reporting to the Chief Business Officer in New York. This is an on-site role reporting to our office in Flatiron 3 times a week.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B experience with at least 6 years in revenue operations roles with proven ability to both build and execute
  • Deep Salesforce expertise with hands-on implementation experience
  • Track record establishing RevOps in early-stage environments (0-10 AEs) with an eye toward scale
  • Experience implementing processes across the full revenue lifecycle (marketing, sales, customer success)
  • Demonstrated success building systems that evolved through multiple growth phases

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Architecture: Build and maintain our CRM as the single source of truth with rigorous data standards and automated workflows that evolve as we scale
  • Operating Rhythm: Partner with leadership to establish and optimize the cadence of meetings, reporting structures, and key business reviews that drive accountability across the organization
  • Revenue Intelligence: Develop accurate forecasting methodology and transform our funnel stages into a flywheel model with clear stage gates and conversion metrics that reveal actionable insights for strategic decision-making
  • GTM Infrastructure: Design territory models, compensation structures, and approval workflows that balance immediate execution with future scalability
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Partner Success, Finance and Legal to build processes that solve today's challenges while preparing for tomorrow's scale
  • Sales Productivity: Drive measurable improvements in rep performance, ramp times, and revenue per head by identifying patterns and developing playbooks tailored to specific ICPs, account sizes, and budget parameters
  • Tech Stack Orchestration: Evaluate, select and implement tools across both sales and marketing that eliminate friction in our customer journey from lead to expansion
  • Manage a Strong Team: Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing RevOps and Marketing Ops team, setting a high bar for execution, ownership, and analytical rigor while remaining hands-on in critical moments.
