The Director, Revenue & Margin Strategy is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and margin expansion across Topgolf’s owned and operated venues. This role is focused on core venue P&L performance, including sales, pricing, utilization, and cost of goods. Moving beyond traditional FP&A, this leader partners closely with Venue Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain to translate data into actionable insights, influence decision-making, and ensure execution against key value drivers at the venue level. The Director owns the commercial performance narrative for revenue and COGS, builds scalable analytics and forecasting capabilities, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve profitability. A critical mandate of this role is to automate reporting and elevate the team’s focus from data production to driving insights, decisions, and measurable business outcomes.
