Requirements

Master's in Healthcare preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
10 years of transformative experience in revenue cycle management, with preference for FQHC experience.
Proven ability to navigate complex healthcare environments with a future-focused mindset.
Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team motivation.
Expertise in policy interpretation and execution, driving strategic outcomes.
Adept at managing change and fostering innovation in healthcare processes.
Exceptional analytical skills to decipher and communicate complex clinical and operational data.
Competency in crafting detailed business reports, correspondence, and procedural documentation.
Visionary leadership with a passion for revolutionizing healthcare delivery.
