Position Overview: Responsible for oversight of McKesson’s Returns and Reverse Logistics processes, including accurate reconciliation and ownership of OCOGS line items and returns transactions, supplier relationship management, policy governance, reverse logistics, and reverse distributor relationships. Director will collaborate and interact extensively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial disputes and escalated issues as needed. Role Summary: Responsible for returns and GL reconciliation, supplier relationship management, policy governance, reverse logistics, and reverse distributor relationships. Oversight of reconciling credits from manufacturers for pharmaceutical returns. OCOGS P&L oversight leveraging large amounts of disparate data to make sound financial decisions. Liaison between suppliers and all relevant McKesson functional areas to develop and execute strategic initiatives around returns Champion the development of internal and external partnerships to enhance responsiveness to customers' needs, supplier disputes, and ensure internal/external customer understanding. Strategic negotiation and resolution of escalated supplier disputes. Oversee supplier contract data integrity and management. Responsible for providing direction and support for development of management and employees individual and professional development. Create a work environment that fosters creativity, productivity, collaboration, and accountability. Requirements

  • Typically requires degree or equivalent, 12+ years of experience in financial management, supplier relationship management, logistics, or supply chain management and 4+ years of leadership experience.
