Director, Residential Trade Customer Group The Residential Trade Customer Group is seeking a Director to lead and implement our Residential Trade strategy within the Plains Region of the US. The Director will play a key role in influencing strategic direction, driving growth, and developing talent in a collaborative, customer-focused environment! Must reside in or have a willingness to relocate to the Region 5 Area, preferably Twin Cities, Kansas City, or Des Moines metropolitan areas. But other locations in the Plains Region will work as well. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Residential Trade, you will be the central force driving alignment and execution across five distinct areas, shaping the future of our residential trade success in a complex, multi-market environment. Partnering with our General Managers and Regional Vice President, you will have the autonomy and influence to translate our national vision into explosive regional growth, directly impacting our bottom line and market leadership. Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years of relevant trade, sales, or industry leadership experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of multi-site, regional, or multi-unit leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead Growth: Champion the alignment and execution of innovative residential trade strategies to drive over-market growth, expand margins, and capture a greater share of wallet.
  • Lead Through Influence: Serve as the primary residential trade leader, partnering with General Managers and the Regional Vice President to elevate residential trade performance across all five areas of the region.
  • Be the Strategic Link: Translate national residential trade strategies and capabilities into powerful, effective regional and local execution plans that deliver results.
  • Develop Elite Talent: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of residential trade customer group leaders, building a pipeline of future stars and scaling our high-performing culture.
  • Shape the Future: Play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range business planning to ensure disciplined and impactful residential trade execution.
