About The Position

As the Director, Residential Marketing will develop and implement global marketing strategies for our luxury residential portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with ownership, development partners, CRM, and property teams to support sales, execute marketing programs, and uphold brand integrity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality, branded residences, upscale residential development, or luxury goods.
  • Proven leadership skills with strong organizational and project management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with owners, developers, investors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Expertise in crafting brand collateral, delivering marketing campaigns, and ensuring tone consistency.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies for residential offerings.
  • Oversee creative development including photography, videography, and collateral production alongside our creative teams.
  • Serve as custodian of brand voice, tone, and brand guidelines across all residential assets.
  • Position the brand as a leader in branded residences through strategic marketing insight.
  • Build and nurture relationships with owners, developers, and third party agencies.
  • Partner with sales and project marketing teams to support deal kick‑offs, marketing plans and collaboration opportunities.
  • Work alongside developers and brokerage teams to promote residential sales, including coordination and collaboration of events for prospects and owners
  • Engage with agents, developers, and agencies to inform market positioning and growth initiatives.
  • Cultivate relationships with agents, developers, public relations agencies, and consultants to expand brand presence.
  • Lead development of branded residential materials including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Design and deliver brand immersion training for ownership, sales, and marketing teams to align on brand standards.
  • Partner with CRM to manage residential marketing databases and residential owner programs.
  • Create and manage Residential Newsletter to our homeowners
