Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a strong leader to join our federal policy team to oversee, manage, and lead Enterprise’s bipartisan federal advocacy focused on rental assistance. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, enthusiastic, effective leader eager to support the Enterprise team and external partners. The Director will work with members of Congress and federal agencies to influence legislation and federal policy, support state and local policy development and advocacy in select Enterprise markets, design actionable strategies, serve as subject matter expert internally and externally, and build coalitions of support for Enterprise’s rental assistance priorities. The Director will also work closely with divisions across Enterprise to help advance an overall strategy on rental assistance, ensure alignment with existing Enterprise priorities and activity, and ultimately advance Enterprise’s aim to shape a federal rental assistance strategy that increases housing choice and access. This is a hybrid role located in Washington, DC and will report to Senior Director, Public Policy.
