Anaplan is looking for a tenacious Director of Renewals to join Renewals Team. This is a stellar opportunity to get involved in a highly visible, large scale SaaS cloud company. This role is an immediate full-time position. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and tackle unique problems that no one else is solving, keep reading. The Director of Renewals is a leadership role within our Customer Success Organization at Anaplan and leads a laser focused team incentivized to forecast, track, and secure renewals. This leader is responsible for identifying and forecasting renewal risk, designing and executing the renewals strategy globally, and working with leaders in Sales and Global Customer Success. The Customer Success Renewal Team owns a comprehensive process from quote to signature working directly with customers to secure renewal opportunities. They will partner with their Account Executive and Customer Success Business Partner to appropriately manage, forecast and escalate renewals.
