These duties and responsibilities will be rated on the Annual Performance Review. Oversee the operation of all employment and day support programs in a safe, healthy, and financially sustainable manner and ensure exceptional service delivery experience for persons served using person-centered thinking and planning. Engage and cultivate individual donors, funders, provider partnerships, corporate sponsors in order to increase support for programs. Support the recruitment, onboarding and management of all support staff, implementing all required procedures including but not limited to developmental supports, recognition, addressing performance issues, and annual staff evaluations. Collaborate with the Program, Workforce, and Business Development teams on new program designs and business lines to achieve sustainable programatic growth. Ensure that compliance and performance indicators relative to the organizational programs are developed, refined, and effectively performed on a consistent basis. Additional Responsibilities Review program monthly to ensure all programmatic and budget outcomes are met. Maintain familiarity with guidelines for local Community Services Boards, Vocational Rehabilitation, awarded grants, Medicaid Waiver and other funding sources to ensure compliance with such guidelines. Establish, develop and maintain effective relationships with diverse businesses, and complex state, local, and nonprofit entities toward the goal of success for all programs. Have thorough understanding of CARF standards and ensure supervised staff provide quality services that align with the standards. Ensure that the vocational and non-vocational needs of the individuals served are being met, and monitor services being provided by assigned personnel. Assist in identifying when additional resources are needed by service participants to successfully meet personal goals and communicate with support network, revising individual’s plan. Meet corporate goals for program revenue. Participate in self-directed continual learning regarding regulatory compliance, rehabilitation support services, current needs in the labor market, and emerging trends and resources. Maintain positive partnerships with referral partners, employers, resources, and community organizations to develop opportunities for individuals with job seekers. Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
