About The Position

As the Director of Regulatory Risk and Regulatory Change Management, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements, contributing significantly to our mission of maintaining robust governance and risk management practices. By overseeing the end-to-end regulatory requirement process and managing national/global regulatory impacts, you will play a critical part in safeguarding the organization's integrity and operational excellence. This role provides a platform to drive meaningful change, influence key stakeholders, and gain valuable experience in regulatory oversight and strategic risk management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years in compliance or a related field.
  • Three years of experience with MS tools/software.
  • Expert‑level experience with Archer with the ability to configure workflows, manage complex data structures, and serve as a platform SME.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related discipline /College Diploma in Business Administration.

Responsibilities

  • Validate that regulatory requirements are accurately reflected and traceable in Archer, supported by complete documentation and evidence.
  • Provide advisory support to functional teams to help them address regulatory impacts, including identifying required process or control adjustments while ensuring alignment to regulatory expectations.
  • Deliver training, tools, and guidance to strengthen enterprise capability in interpreting requirements, completing impact assessments, and maintaining high‑quality obligation documentation.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Risk teams to enhance Archer functionality, integrations, data quality, and overall user experience.
  • Ensure Archer is consistently and effectively used as the enterprise system of record for regulatory requirements, assessments, documentation, and related artifacts.
  • Monitor regulatory issues, CAPs, and commitments, ensuring timely and sustainable remediation with escalation where delays or risks emerge.
  • Identify and communicate emerging risk themes, providing early warning signals, root‑cause insights, and forward-looking analysis to senior stakeholders.
