Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices
  • Experience managing HR operations across multiple locations or regions
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
  • Experience in food distribution, manufacturing, or logistics industries is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals across regional operations.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Partner with regional leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and development programs.
  • Provide guidance on HR best practices, conflict resolution, and organizational development.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll-related processes in collaboration with HR teams.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace.
  • Oversee HR analytics, reporting, and key performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead HR-related change management efforts for organizational growth and expansion.
  • Develop and mentor HR team members, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.
