About The Position

About the role. The Director, Regional Field Leader is a key member of the Risk Management team reporting to the VP, Western Zone Field Leader. The primary focus of this role is to provide strong leadership for an assigned group of Risk Managers. Specific responsibilities will focus on coaching and development to drive PURE360 quality, delivery of an exceptional member experience, and loss prevention improvement in the defined region. Field travel and engagement with direct reports up to 50% of the time is expected. What you will do. Execution of risk management field strategies Manage daily operations of the Risk function, fostering a culture of connectivity and recognition for an assigned team of remote Risk Managers. Engage with the cross-functional business leaders in the assigned Region to ensure an understanding of the regional goals and your Risk Management team’s role in achieving important business outcomes. Represent PURE Risk Management in various interactions, including PURE360 disputes with members, brokers, and other key stakeholders. Collaboration with our Training Lead to develop technical, member experience and operational proficiency skillsets. Involvement in large, high profile, strategic, and/or complex PURE360 assignments. Report on key metrics monthly, inclusive of a forward-looking business plan where gaps exist. Facilitate clear and open communication with your direct reports, Risk Management and Regional leadership. Engage with team to recognize achievements and foster team connectivity in a remote environment. What we are looking for. A bachelor’s degree is required. 5+ years of Risk Management and/or high net worth residential property experience. Prior leadership or coaching/developing individuals preferred. Ability to thrive in an autonomous work environment. Ability to demonstrate integrity, establish trust and credibility, and create an enthusiastic connected team in a remote environment. A curious and agile learner who can quickly absorb information and apply it to current business situations. Strong relationship management and customer service/experience background. Excellent interpersonal, listening, organizational, written, and oral communication skills. Attention to detail, analytical and solid problem-solving skills; proficient in web applications. Travel within the Region for PURE 360s and field staff up to 50% of time is expected. The base salary for this role can range from $120,000 to $135,000 based on a full-time work schedule. An individual’s ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience ‌ Want to Learn More? Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 5+ years of Risk Management and/or high net worth residential property experience.
