As a Director, Rebate Operations, you will serve as the knowledge, operational, and communication hub for HealthVerity’s Smart Contracts ecosystem, including owning client engagement and internal execution to ensure complex rebate agreements are delivered accurately and on time. You will manage a rebate analyst on the Engagement Services team, serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, and build strong relationships by setting clear expectations, proactively assessing client needs, and driving engagement to ensure satisfaction and contract compliance. Rebate agreements are becoming increasingly complex, with massive amounts of diverse data, stricter compliance rules, and tighter deadlines. HealthVerity’s Smart Contracts Manager, an innovative, self-service platform, helps clients overcome these challenges by streamlining the rebate lifecycle and reducing manual, time-consuming tasks.
