About The Position
Responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of UF Health’s enterprise real estate portfolio, including strategic planning, leasing, property management, budget development, taxes, acquisitions, and dispositions. Collaborates closely with senior leadership, facilities development, clinical operations, legal, finance, external real estate professionals, consultants, and UF’s Office of Real Estate to optimize outcomes and support institutional growth.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in real estate, business administration, finance or related field required.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive commercial real estate experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage all aspects of UF Health enterprise Real Estate portfolio to include strategic planning, leasing, property management, budget development, taxes, property acquisition, and disposition.
- Implement UF Health’s real estate strategies.
- Track financial performance across the real estate portfolio.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, facilities development, clinical operations, legal, finance, external real estate professionals, consultants, and UF’s Office of Real Estate.
