About The Position

We’re looking for a n IT Systems Director to join our ever -e volving Tra ns action Processing Technical Serv ices Operations team and help us unleash the potential of every business. What you’ll own as the IT Systems Director Directs and leads with provid ing day-to-day expertise , coaching and leadership to technical team s as they provide production support of 24x7 critical IT platforms. Works with management to analyze information technology needs and determine scope, objectives , and priorities of technical projects, technical systems capacity, and budgeting requirements. Support Services Optimization : Manage ticket process and flow using ticketing systems and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and exceed service level agreements (SLAs). Strategic Planning & Implementation : Develop IT policies, procedures, and budgets, as well as lead infrastructure projects. What you ’ll bring Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT transaction pro cessing systems . Leadership/Management: Ability to manage teams and projects effectively. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and employees. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
