As the Director of Project Management , US & LatAm, you will be primarily responsible for leadership of the installation planning and execution team, their management, and direction needed to achieve predictable, rapid installations. You will be measured on install time from PO, forecastability, customer experience and budget. You will oversee a team whose function is to establish and maintain positive customer and internal processes to install and remedy customer problems and ensure overall positive customer experience. Strengthen cross‑functional alignment between R&D, Operations, Service, Clinical, IT/Cybersecurity, Commercial, and Executive Leadership to drive higher customer satisfaction, and timely installs. You will help identify gaps in current processes, delivery/identify areas of efficiency and act to remedy these challenges and make recommendations for organizational effectiveness and improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or marketing, or related field required, (M.B.A. preferred)
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) required
  • Minimum 5-8 years solid project management experience required
  • Minimum 5 years successful experience in domains such as managing customer service, sales, field operations, or sales administration required
  • Healthcare industry or clinical environment experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build a culture of excellence and accountability through KPIs, reporting dashboards, lessons learned, and continuous improvement loops.
  • Ensuring that the daily requirements at all customer sites are met in a timely manner as related to installation readiness /relocations
  • Ensure effective steps are taken to drive progress at sites and communicate with customers & site leadership as per the project plan
  • Anticipate and solve problems and roadblocks in the order fulfillment/implementation pathway
  • Coordinate / communicate with vendor partner leadership (Siemens, GE and other) in the field and local corporate level to ensure smooth and on time installation experience for customers
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to timeline adherence, installation durations, site readiness, project closure speed, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Example KPI themes noted in internal communications (installation <5 days, site layout <2 weeks, case closure <3 days) can be adapted into PMO‑level indicators. Deliver executive dashboards highlighting progress, risk areas, dependencies, and financial implication
  • Ensure all site planning information is entered in centralized location for use by internal teams and act as gatekeeper; maintain info updated at all times
  • Build relationships with facilities leadership/ multiple relevant stakeholders at customer site to proactively identify and resolve barriers to on time implementation
  • Communicate the status of installations and update latest forecast customer go-live expectations to company
  • Develop dashboards/projections as relates to installation performance from PO
  • Improve project delivery performance by ensuring predictability, transparency, and adherence to schedule, budget, scope, and quality targets.
  • On site visit and travel is required to make sure projects are managed correctly.
