Our Technology organization is committed to transforming how small business customers achieve financial success through a unified, frictionless digital experience. We are passionate about building exceptional products that delight customers and fuel business growth. The Director, Technology Portfolio Management is a senior leader responsible for driving the disciplined execution of the bank’s technology agenda—including enterprise scale initiatives, regulatory programs, and agile delivery efforts. Reporting directly into Technology executive leadership, this role ensures that strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans and delivered with excellence across the portfolio. This leader brings critical thinking, exceptional judgment, and the ability to operate seamlessly across a complex technology landscape. They will partner closely with senior Technology and Business stakeholders, providing visibility, governance, prioritization, and delivery execution across the portfolio. The Director will also build and mature the project and agile delivery capabilities of the organization.
